Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Carepod
Carefully place the unit and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
